A nonprofit administrator by day for more than 25 years, I took advantage of free time during the pandemic to try my hand at writing and entered an anthology contest. When that first story was selected for Rehoboth Beach Reads; I was immediately bitten by the writing bug! Since then, I've had five short stories published in anthologies and magazines and was nominated for a Pushcart Prize award in 2025.
My first book, Tales of the Tenants, released in Fall 2024. It's a heartfelt and funny memoir about the crazy antics that ensued after my parents moved in with me. Current projects include a cozy mystery series and a Nonprofit Survival Guide: Field-Tested Fundraising Wisdom, Stories, and Tools.
When I'm not working, writing, or storytelling, I enjoy photography, traveling, reading mysteries, spoiling my niece, and rescuing old dogs. I live in Pennsylvania with my dog and cat.
